La Ponderosa is located in Pavones on the Golfo Dulce across from the Osa Peninsula. In addition to having one of the longest point breaks in the world for surfing, Pavones is a tropical paradise. Squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, toucans, parrots, macaws, iguanas, and sloths are just a few of the creatures you may encounter.
